Making the leap to AGA from an industry competitor, Mike plans to ensure that every retail store AGA partners with receives dedicated attention and has a comprehensive understanding of travel insurance so that customers can choose the best policy options to suit their needs.

Having worked his way through the travel industry, Mike understands how essential it is for agents to provide high levels of service to customers, anticipate their needs and offer a wide range of solutions.

AGA’s chief sales officer Will Ashcroft is delighted to welcome Mike to the team. “Last year AGA underwent a carefully considered and strategic restructure. As part of that process, we identified a big opportunity to provide more robust support to our valued partners. As we enter this next growth phase for our business, our ambition is to encourage and develop the growth and performance of our retail travel agent clients across New Zealand. Mike and his team will be charged with stimulating this growth, and we are close to securing another rock star account manager to join his team.”
