Travel assistance and insurance provider Allianz Worldwide Partners New Zealand, is proud to announce the appointment of its new Chief Operations Officer, Kevin Blyth.

A senior leader with extensive experience leading complex operations through periods of change and growth, Kevin will be responsible for identifying solutions to assist AWP Services New Zealand Limited’s continued growth in this market. He is poised to enable innovation from within the fast-growing Auckland, New Zealand office.

“From my experience, the people who run an organisation on a daily basis are critical to the success of a company,” says Blyth.

“As Chief Operations Officer, my role is to provide our people with the best opportunities so they continue to grow, while finding different ways to do things better. Commenting on the appointment, Allianz Worldwide Partners New Zealand’s Chief Executive Officer Renato Mattos said:

Our Allianz Global Assistance team are on call to provide emergency assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our operations must run seamlessly day and night.

Kevin has previously held senior roles at AIA New Zealand and AMP Services (NZ) Limited. His appointment follows Bart Taylor’s promotion to COO for Allianz Worldwide Partners in Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia.
